When how do you pay for the rental you choose?
In the majority of situations, we require payment in full when we deliver your inflatable. However, there is also the option to put down 50 percent to reserve your date. This ensures that you can get the inflatable you want for the date you need it. We highly recommend this option.

How do you submit your actual rental request?
We try to provide our customers with what they need and make the process of using our services simple. As a result, we offer several options that allow you to reserve the inflatable or bouncer you want and need. One of the easiest and most convenient ways to reserve your inflatable is to do it online. You can select the bouncer or other inflatable you want and then reserve it for your specified day by filling out the online form. This ensures that your date is reserved. We also offer the option for you to reserve your selected bouncer by phone.
Can you make a change to the request that you make?
Our team understands that things come up and you may need to change or cancel your reservation. If this is the case, then you need to contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery time. If you don’t call within this period of time, then we will not be able to cancel or change your reservation.
Do you charge of delivery or pickup?
Our team is dedicated to offering superior customer service. This is why we offer free pickup and delivery when you provide full payment for your selected inflatable.
When is the selected inflatable going to be delivered and picked up?
Because we are dedicated to providing you superior customer service, we offer flexible delivery and pickup times. This means you can let us know what times work best for you. We typically provide delivery no later than 3PM the day of your event and pick up at 7PM. However, for those who want to keep the inflatable a bit longer, we also offer the option to keep it overnight. This will incur an additional fee.
